Associates LLC was founded in 1989
by Penny Rogers Lynch Baumer and Patrick M. Lynch
to provide fraud awareness and education, forensic
accounting, litigation support, financial, management,
risk management, and ABL consulting services, auditing
software and continuing education to: the commercial
finance industry, publicly held business entities,
attorneys, and closely held business entities.
