Procedures
Employee Procurement -- Minimum of 5 yrs. experience & appropriate Education.
Staff Development -- CPE objective as part of the annual evaluation process.
Project Review:

Report is subject to Management review before presentation to client.

Client is called while engagement is in process & follow-up.

Follow-up questionnaire if bank approves.

Communication:

ASAP If problem is identified

Results within 2 days of field work completion.

Formal report within one week of field work completion
